microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, iron, ironing board,
and cable TV and DVD player. Premium cable channels include Showtime
and Cinemax. Some rooms feature full kitchens (houses and duplexes)
and kitchenettes (stovetop only, in addition amenities listed above)
and complimentary wireless Internet service. |

POM Lodging
offers eight 1-bedroom suites, and 12 single rooms with
kitchenettes. Additionally, there are six duplex units and two
3-bedroom homes that are equipped with full-size kitchens

facilities are nearby? |

The
Presidio has many of the facilities that are located on military
installations, to include shopette, food court, gas station, movie
theatre, fitness and activity center. Unfortunately,
commissary and main post exchange facilities are located on Ord Military

What type
of entertainment is in the area? |

There are numerous seasonal and special
activities and entertainment held on the Monterey Peninsula.
Presidio of Monterey Outdoor Recreation offers one-stop shopping
for all events and entertainment and also offers discounted rates to
many local attractions. In addition, POM Lodging sells tickets to
the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Check with the POM Lodging front desk for
current attraction ticket prices. |

Are shuttle
and transportation services available? |

Presidio
shuttle buses operate Monday - Friday only and transport individuals
throughout the Presidio. Unfortunately, weekend bus service is
not offered. |
