Room Types & Rates (Updated: 6 January 2012)

• Rates are based on single occupancy. Each additional person in the room, age 1 year and above is $5.00, per night, per person.
• Continental breakfast is served each day between the hours of 6:30–9:30 a.m. The breakfast is served in Building 366, 1st floor, in the Breakfast Room.
• Pets are not permitted, with the exception of Building #354. Building #354 allows pets based upon availability and additional pet charges and cleaning fees apply. Advance reservations accepted for PCS travelers only. All other requests for pet rooms, space available, upon check-in. Please call the hotel directly for additional information and availability.
• Lodging personnel are permitted to enter your room, at any time during your stay, to perform any routine maintenance, inspection or to tend to any emergency situation that may arise. We will make every effort to inform you in advance, but cannot guarantee advance notice, due to contract maintenance personnel availability.
• Payment is due upon check-in. For unofficial visitors, payment must be made, in full, upon check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS. For official visitors, a credit card is required upon check-in. If a credit card is not available, a copy of your TDY orders is required, and payment must be rendered at checkout.
• POM Lodging is a smoke-free environment.
• **3 Bedroom Family Home and Eisenhower Cottage are for DLI Official Travelers only. All others interested in these rooms may be confirmed in an alternate room type, and if the 3 Bedroom Family Home or Eisenhower Cottage is available upon check in, we will happily re-accommodate you. NO ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED FOR THESE ROOMS, except for DLI official visitors.
• Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance, through the end of the current fiscal year, for all travelers, with the exception of the months of May, June, July & August. During these months, no advance reservations for unofficial travelers will be accepted. Unofficial travelers may book up to seven (7) days in advance, based on space available.
• The rates will be affective from 15 November 2011 through 30 September 2012.
